Dreamers Markets ("we," "us," "our") operates the website dreamersmarkets.com. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Dreamers Markets is a curated pop-up vendor market series based in Southern California.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our website — which pages are viewed, how people arrive, and which links they click. This helps us improve the site and our markets.

Google Analytics runs in Google's Consent Mode (version 2, "advanced" setup). That means the Google Analytics script (gtag.js, loaded from googletagmanager.com) loads on every page of this site, including before you make a choice on our cookie banner:

• Before you choose, and if you click "Decline": no analytics cookies are set on your device. Google Analytics still sends Google cookieless measurement pings — for example that a page was viewed or that a key link was clicked. These pings carry no cookie identifier, so they are not tied to a returning visitor.
• If you click "Accept": Google Analytics sets its analytics cookies so visits can be counted over time, and your browser also reports page-speed measurements (Core Web Vitals) to Google Analytics.
• Advertising: advertising storage, ad user data and ad personalization are always set to "denied." We do not use Google Analytics for advertising, and this website sets no advertising cookies.

Your banner choice is saved in your browser's local storage on dreamersmarkets.com, so we do not ask again. You can change it anytime by clearing your browser's site data for dreamersmarkets.com, which will make the banner appear again.

What analytics collects

• Pages visited and time on site
• General location (city/region level). Google derives it from your IP address; Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses.
• Device and browser type
• How you arrived (search engine, social link, direct)
• Clicks on key links (e.g., "Apply to Vend," event RSVP, app downloads) — sent whether or not you accept cookies, as a cookieless ping when you have not accepted
• Page-speed measurements (only after you click "Accept")

We do not collect your name, email, or payment information through this website's analytics. Vendor applications are submitted through a separate form on dm.dreamersmarkets.com, which has its own data handling.

How we use it

Aggregate analytics only — to improve our website, understand which markets and cities interest visitors, and measure the effectiveness of our content. We do not sell your personal information.

Your California privacy rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell personal information. To stop analytics cookies, click "Decline" on the cookie banner (cookieless pings, described above, still reach Google Analytics). Third-party services

• Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website analytics, as described above. Google's handling of data is governed by the Google Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts (Google LLC) — the site's typefaces load from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com, so your browser's request (including your IP address) reaches Google when a page loads.
• Vercel — hosts this website. Like any web host, Vercel receives standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver pages and keep the service secure.
• Wix — hosts our vendor application form and some older blog posts on dm.dreamersmarkets.com, which has its own data handling.
